For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to working dogs. Today, I'm proud to share my life with two incredible Dutch Shepherds who have completely reinforced why I fell in love with the breed.

I've owned Dutch Shepherds for nearly three years, and every day they continue to amaze me with their intelligence, athleticism, and eagerness to work. Their willingness to learn and their unwavering commitment to their jobs make them exceptional partners both on and off the training field.

Our journey together has been filled with exciting challenges and accomplishments. We actively compete in dock diving and Personal Dog Certification (PDC), where my dogs get to showcase the versatility and drive that make Dutch Shepherds so unique.

My oldest Dutchie is preparing to earn his PDC this year, while my youngest is currently in training and exceeding every expectation. Watching each of them grow in confidence and skill has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Being involved with this breed has taught me that owning a Dutch Shepherd is about far more than having an athletic dog—it's about building a relationship based on trust, consistency, and teamwork. They thrive when they're given a job to do and an owner who is committed to meeting both their physical and mental needs.

As a Dutch Shepherd ambassador, my goal is to help educate prospective and current owners about responsible ownership, ethical training, and the importance of understanding the breed's unique characteristics. I hope to share my experiences, celebrate the incredible versatility of Dutch Shepherds, and encourage others to build strong, positive partnerships with their dogs.

I believe informed owners create successful dogs, and I'm excited to help showcase everything that makes the Dutch Shepherd such an extraordinary breed. Whether it's through training, sport, education, or simply sharing our everyday adventures, I'm honored to be part of a community dedicated to preserving and promoting these remarkable dogs.
